Ongoing support

The work that keeps happening after launch — the reason the studio shape beats the agency shape over a multi-year horizon.

  • Weekly demos. Working software every week, no exceptions, until the day you tell us to stop.
  • Monthly metrics & portfolio check-ins. Self-reported by you in the portal; reviewed with a partner; corrective action where the numbers say to.
  • Quarterly strategic reviews. The hour we step back together and reset what the next quarter is for.
  • On-call response. Real engineers, real hours, when the production environment misbehaves.
  • Hiring help. When you're ready for your first dedicated technical hire, we'll write the spec, screen the candidates, sit in the interviews and tell you honestly what we'd do.
